Can I run tcl on my Palm Pilot (Tungsten E)?

I googled for some information on tcl with the
Palm Pilot, and found Toucan, last release in 2003,
and Palm-Tcl which ceased being developed in 2002.
Oh, I just noticed Ashok (palmtcl...)posts to this newsgroup.
And there's no discussion about it.
I may already have my answer...
