You mean I spend 15 Years using Emacs without noticing, that there is a Tcl
binding for it? - I hope you do not mean the Tcl mode (which I always use
of course), but a Tcl binding, that allows one to program emacs in Tcl
instead of EmacsLisp. If this is the case, would you please point me to
some docs how to do that?


I think David did mean the "mode" and not a "binding". Who wants RMS
showing up at your doorstep demanding that a Tcl binding be changed to
a Guile one.
