Consider (with whatever web server you prefer) configuring it to only use
the loopback interface (127.0.0.1) if it makes you sleep better at night
vis a viz your contractual oblgiations with your ISP. Running on the
loopback interface your web server would only be accessible from your
local machine and not from anything else connected to your ISP's network.
