The pkgIndex.tcl files are partially out of date:
tkchat.vfs/lib/pkgIndex.tcl "cmdline 1.0" (rather: 1.1)
tkchat.vfs/lib/jabberlib and "muc 0.1" (rather 0.2)


tkchat is part of the tclapps module in tcllib.sourceforge.net and as
such you can raise bugs in the tcllib tracker for app:tkchat

Try a newer starkit - I release these things to
http://tclers.tk/~jabber/tkchat.kit
