I asked for this feature about 8 years ago. There was some
discussion in the group about a possible approach of having
the initial script set tcl_interactive to 1, indicating to the
core to enter the command prompt loop, but nothing ever came
of it.
The work-around solution I came up with was to put the
script into .wishrc or .tclshrc.
This kills wish for interactive use but that wasn't a problem
in my particular setup.
