to enter data into EXCEL ***

Hello Every one,

For the first time i encountered with soem caculation which are to be
saved in an excel ***. I am using Tcl scripts to parse some data .
For now i was saving the data in a file and then was entring into EXCEL
*** but now since the design very big I want to enter them directly
into an EXCEL *** .. So can some one please give soem steps how to do
this as it will save a lot of my time
