Alas, if one is unable to read french, the french wiki is an
interesting phenom, but just not a substitute for tclers wiki.

You could use http://babelfish.altavista.com/ to translate the site.

I can't read the original French, but it appears to do a fairly decent
job.

I may have posted too soon...

After playing with it further, babelfish attempts to translate and
reformat code segments and doesn't do a very good job...
