Lack of distrust.
I currently see ( in the project I am involved in ) that there
is quite a difference as to what background you come from.
engineering/hardware or from a pure software background.
Some people write software as a dash to their target,
others employ gates to shoo the software flow away
from any dark corners they might get entangled in.
A third group is like Germany before the "Zollunion".
anally checking everything at every border passed.
taking their toll in time and a complete inability
to ever extend this software beyond its initial goals.
