Re: Distinguishing debug and non-debug builds/installs

Results for cross compiling from linux -> mingw32:

Tcl8.4.17: all binaries have a suffix "g" (OK)
Tcl8.5.0: all binaries have a suffix "g" (OK)

Installation of Tcl8.5.0 fails with an error concerning the deletion of
/usr/local/lib/tcl8.5/tzdata. (Installation is done under cygwin)
