Dpi and Resolution issues

Hi, i've recently ran into the problem of my toplevel window being too
small of a container for people who use a higher DPI and resolution
setting than I use.

How would I go about fixing this?

It will look just fine if you drag the window out a little bit more.
But to me, that is unacceptable. It should work correctly from the
beginning.
