tk_getOpenFile bug in Tk8.5.1

Hello,

I noticed that tk_getOpenFile -multiple 1 works fine in Tk8.4 however in
Tk8.5.1 it fails to select multiple files. Where should I post this bug so
it be fixed in next releases?
