finding tk version in Matrix 10.6

Hi,

I am using Matrix 10.6 version.
when i give the command load tk83 in the tcl prompt i am getting the
following error,
"couldn't load library "tk83": this library or a dependent library
could not be found in library path".
I am using win XP os.
Please let me know to resolve this issue.
