ttk::treeview - just another idea...

Beside of fixing the "disappearing scrollbar problem" when assigning colours
to tags (BTW: any chance for this in 8.5.3?), I would to make a suggestion:
perhaps you'll find useful possibility to have a thin, gray grid (only one
pixel thick) - just to have a different way to clearly delimit the
row/columns' contents ? It could even allow choice among "straight / dashed
/dotted" line...
