Absolutely, I fully agree!
Maybe it is because Tcl as a language makes you so productive that you don't need a team to get something done... at least when the project itself is manageable. I was amazed that it took me just ~6 months to get a decent and working version of Tloona up and running - on my own.

But you are right, most (big) projects are created by a team. Tloona is also at a size now where it is more appropriate to continue it in a team.
