Here's what I just did, moments ago...

1. I got the latest cvs head of tclapps - a module in tcllib.sf.net .
2. I renamed the apps/dtp directory to apps/dtp.vfs
3. Using tclsh8.5, I ran
tclsh8.5 dtp.vfs/main.tcl assemble /my/path/to/latest/cvshead/tcllib
and then
sdx.kit wrap dtp.vfs
mv dtp dtp.kit

and I have what appears to be a working dtp.kit.

I didn't need to uninstall anything. Needed a tclsh, an sdx command,
and a compatible tcllib source distribution...
