how to calculate the time execution

hello and good day.. im juz wondering how to calculate and display the
result based on the process that we had done.. for example here...

when im trying to to insert any of list that i want, n i would like
also the result to display the list produce the time execution..

this is the fact that the comparison of time execution.. how shud i do?
