hi Arjen
It is a "pars pro toto" (now my wife frowns).
and she wasn't the only one! anyway, wikipedia gave good definition.
But you are right, it ought to be "Tcl/Tk-only" (as opposed to a
compiled extension that cna be used with Tcl/Tk applications)
second that, 'Tcl/Tk' should mean (the most) basic configuration.
