Using teacup update with ActiveState community distro

Hi !

I have just tried to update my ActiveTcl 8.6 distro, but it failed
with
a log message telling me this feature is available with the
"business edition" of ActiveTcl only. Does it mean I have to pay
to be able to use "teacup update" now ?
