Concise list of Tcl/Tk command options?

I'm attempting to set up a Tcl syntax highlighter for RJ TextEd and I'd like to colorize all command options in a unified way. Is there a simple, raw list of all Tcl/Tk command options anywhere?

If not, what's the next best bet for compiling such a list?

Hmmm... Maybe it's possible to generate the list with a little introspection code?
