I'm not using MyTcl despite it looks very promising (judging from the snapshots).

It is closed source, there is no way to check what this software is really doing.

Besides, license is unclear to me as well. http://code.google.com/p/mytcl/ says "Code license: other open source, see source for details". Which is not available.
