A short, yet descriptive *subject*, with the details in the *body* of
the post. Arjen's comment was referring to your use of the subject line
to pose the question itself and the using the body for (nearly) nothing.

I prefer question in subject then easier to see.
Generally, that's probably fine, but...
Many news readers don't provide a good mechanism to read overly-long
subject lines. Some resort to displaying long subjects as a "tool-tip"
(which isn't ideal). Still, others may simply truncate the subject line
if it's longer than expected.
Just something to keep in mind.
